- **Club Manager**: A complete association suite for daily work — not a concept, but a live system. Members, dues and SEPA collections, letters and documents, messaging with attachments, statistics and maps. I built it and have kept extending it for years: new modules, billing, a mobile connection. It runs in production, not in a demo.
- **AI shop system**: A complete online shop I built myself — live, not a kit. One product photo is enough: the AI writes title and description, sets the market price and spots wear, then names it in the copy. Customer records, payments, returns and messaging are fully AI-run.
- **JaDeOverlay**: A transparent overlay that reads Japanese on the screen and places the German translation right on the text. For software, games and emulators — including a pixel mode for old type. Available for Windows and as an Android app.
- **VO barcode printer**: Windows app for printing consecutive barcodes on medical prescription forms: V-numbers as Code 128 on landscape A6, or G-numbers on blank A4. Place the code in the live preview — sliders or drag with the mouse. Ships with an installer for the machine on site.
- **Fuel app**: Fuel prices on a map, nearby search and ratings — a long-lived web and app product.
- **Member app**: Digital membership card, documents from the club manager, messaging and roadside help — the app sits on top of the association software.
- **Field AI assistant**: Dictate a visit, get a payer-ready report, checklists and an email to the back office. AI that fits a real field-sales day.
- **AI-assisted garden planner**: Photograph the garden, let AI suggest a style, plan plants and care. From the first photo to the seasonal calendar.
- **AI-assisted dog training**: A personal training plan with AI: weekly goals, calendar, checklists and walk routes — concrete and usable every day.
